Welcome to our application ecosystem. We are continuously striving to engineer innovative solutions that deliver premium value to our users. This overarching Agreement governs your access to and utilization of all our software products. We strongly advise you to read these stipulations thoroughly prior to engagement.
By downloading, accessing, or utilizing our platforms, you formally consent to be legally bound by these Terms. Should you dissent from any of these conditions, you must immediately cease all use of our applications. Furthermore, if you are accessing our services on behalf of a corporate entity, employer, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that specific entity to this Agreement. In such instances, all references to "you" or "your" shall apply to the respective organization.
Premium Access: Users with an active subscription unlock unrestricted utilization of our core translation utilities, which encompass voice-to-text transcription, cross-language translation, and text-to-speech vocalization.
Basic Access (Free Tier): Users operating without an active subscription are granted access to these same utilities, but strictly subject to a capped daily usage quota.
Billing Mechanics: Upon your confirmation of a premium purchase, the designated payment will be securely processed and charged to your iTunes Account.
Continuous Service (Auto-Renewal): To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically regenerate for successive billing cycles. You can prevent this by deactivating the auto-renewal feature at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of your current active period.
Renewal Processing: Your account will be evaluated and charged for the upcoming cycle within the 24-hour window immediately preceding the end of your current term. The exact cost of renewal will be clearly identified.
User Autonomy: You maintain full administrative control over your financial commitments. Post-purchase, you may modify subscription preferences and disable auto-renewals directly within your Account Settings.
Trial Forfeiture: Should you elect to upgrade to a paid subscription while a complimentary trial period is still active, any remaining unused days of that trial will be permanently relinquished.
To maintain the integrity of our ecosystem, you explicitly agree to abstain from executing—or attempting to execute—any of the following actions:
Security Circumvention: Scanning, probing, or exploiting vulnerabilities within our network architecture, or bypassing established authentication and security barriers.
Unauthorized Intrusion: Tampering with or accessing restricted backend servers, non-public data environments, or the technical delivery infrastructures utilized by our service providers.
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, deciphering, disassembling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of our applications.
Network Disruption: Intentionally degrading the platform experience for others through malicious actions, including but not limited to deploying viruses, mail-bombing, spamming, flooding, or overloading the servers.
Automated Scraping: Utilizing unauthorized bots, spiders, crawlers, or data-mining mechanisms to extract intellectual property or search our ecosystem outside of publicly approved API interfaces.
Malicious Payload Distribution: Leveraging our products as a conduit to plant, host, or disseminate malware.
Spamming: Broadcasting unsolicited commercial messages, unauthorized advertisements, or promotional spam.
Identity Masking: Transmitting falsified, altered, or deceptive source-identifying data, commonly known as "phishing" or "spoofing."
Content Violations: Broadcasting or uploading material that is inherently misleading, legally fraudulent, or actively infringes upon the rights of third parties.
Impersonation: Falsely representing your identity or fabricating an affiliation with any individual, brand, or corporate entity.
Privacy Infringement: Breaching or compromising the personal privacy rights of fellow users.
Legal Violations: Contravening any local, regional, national, or international laws and regulations.
Incitement: Encouraging, aiding, or facilitating any external party in committing any of the aforementioned violations.
While we are not legally obligated to proactively monitor platform usage, scrutinize user-generated content, or police intellectual property exchanges, we explicitly reserve the right to do so. These monitoring activities are conducted to ensure seamless operational functionality, verify adherence to this Agreement, and comply with binding legal mandates.
We retain absolute, discretionary authority to eliminate or restrict access to any content at any given time, without prior notification, especially if we deem said content objectionable or in direct violation of these Terms. Furthermore, we reserve the right to launch formal investigations into suspected breaches of this Agreement and will actively collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prosecute individuals who violate the law.
We hold copyright and intellectual property laws in the highest regard and strictly require our user base to mirror this compliance. It is our standard operational procedure to permanently terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers of third-party copyright ownership.
